I had a special request because some caulking around my tub didn't look right after previous tile work, and he accommodated my request to improve and blend the area so the overall finish looked much cleaner. There were also a few setup-related challenges during the project, and he was flexible and able to work around it without any issues. The tub came out looking great and I'm extremely happy with the results.
